His background spans property portfolios, mortgage consultancy, regulatory file auditing, valuations, and front-line customer service across high-pressure environments, giving him a 360° understanding of how sales and lettings operate from both a consumer and regulatory viewpoint.

He has managed complex tenancies, enforced compliance, executed Section 13 and Section 21 workflows lawfully, overseen contractor works, and supported sales teams with valuation research and market analysis. His mortgage experience further strengthens his ability to qualify buyers thoroughly, understand affordability pathways, and guide sellers with clarity when assessing buyer positions.
